Yuval Abraham is an Israeli journalist and filmmaker. He won an Oscar together with Palestinians Basel Adra and Hamdan Ballal for their documentary “No Other Land”. Abraham was born in 1995 into a Jewish Israeli family in Beer Sheba. After being conscripted into the army, he decided to leave the army for reasons of conscience. He engaged in a serious study of Arabic, attaining fluency and working as a translator of Arabic into Hebrew. Since October 2023, he has been focusing his energy on exposing Israeli crimes against humanity in Gaza. Listen to Abraham describe the systematic slaughter carried out in Gaza and the difficulties he faces from Israeli censorship. His is a courageous voice that speaks out against conquest.
